The second meeting of the founders and supporters of the Nina Endowment Fund traditionally took place in Letná Park, Prague. The all-day event was supported by the National Technical Museum and officially patronized by the Mayor of the Prague 7 Municipal District. Just like during the first year, the historic Letná carousel was free for children all day. This is an expression of our gratitude to all contributors and supporters from the public and corporate sectors.
Horse Adoption Raised Over a Million
A new feature of the second year was an original charity campaign. We offered companies and individuals the opportunity to symbolically adopt one of the horses on the historic carousel and thus contribute to the foundation's activities. All the horses found their adoptive parents, and the event contributed a total amount of 1,048,962 Czech crowns to the foundation's activities.

Looking Back at the First Year
"We want to thank everyone who has supported us from the beginning and acquaint them with our future plans. Compared to last year, a view of past or ongoing projects that the fund is implementing with their contribution will also be added."
The Letná Carousel
Located in Letná Park since 1894, it is one of the oldest floor carousels in Europe. Its uniqueness lies mainly in the horse figures, which are covered with real horsehide. The carousel was put back into operation by the National Technical Museum after a complete restoration in 2022.
